The 1-Year MakerCare Service Plan for your MakerBot Replicator 2X Desktop 3D Printer provides comprehensive coverage for a year. This service plan is specifically designed for one MakerBot Replicator 2X, with its serial number tied to the associated “MakerCare Service Plan” (MSP) number, ensuring that only the registered Replicator 2X is eligible for service.

Available in the contiguous United States, MakerCare covers repairs and replacements for defective or worn-out non-consumable parts due to manufacturing defects or normal usage. Exclusions include damages from accidents, loss, theft, abuse, neglect, misuse, or any modifications to the hardware, software, firmware, or serial number of the Replicator 2X.

Note that the MakerBot service plan is non-transferable and non-refundable, with the exception of returns within the 14-day return policy. To be eligible, MakerCare must be purchased within thirty days of the Replicator 2X shipment date, offering a one-year term from the order ship date.
