Klein Tools’ Communication Cable Cutter is a lightweight, yet efficient shear-type cable cutter. It is designed to cut up to 900-pair soft copper and aluminum cable and also lead or rubber-covered communications cable. Forged steel jaws make a clean, even cut for ease in fitting lugs and terminals.
